What are the requirements to export? |

As a first
requirement your company must be registered in the Exporters
Register of the Customs Administration. This procedure is
made only once and is valid for export and/ or import
operations.
This process enables your company to operate in any customs
in the country.
You can register both individuals and corporations and it is
convenient that a customs broker carry out these procedures
as they are acquainted with the forms you must submit. |

Documentation
you must submit:
•
Letter to General Director of Customs requesting to process
the registration as an exporter.
•
Three copies of
MO-1228-E Form Affidavit. If the process is performed by a
third party, a power of attorney with authenticated
signatures must be submitted.
•
Power of attorney, whether it is a Company.
•
Copy of C.U.I.T( Tax indentification number for companies).
In the presentation you must have the original, so that
Customs can certify the copy.
•
Original and
copy of the latest payment of exporter benifts contributions.
